Summary

I first studied graphic design which helped me develop an eye for composition and color but quickly realized that I prefered working with my hands. So after finishing my graphic design training, I started my art diploma specializing in painting murals and optical illusions. I was always praised for my abilities related to colorimetry and quickly became everyones go-to person for mixing colors and figuring out which chemicals to use.

The first project after my formal education was decorating "Palais Royal" in Florida. More than nine million dollars worth of gold leaves were placed by me and my team. The project ended up making me quite adept at gilding and decoration.

My first experience as a team lead came when I worked on the renovation of Hotel Carlton in Lille. I led a team of twelve people renovating the entire hotel interior, resolving unexpected problems as they came and finishing the project on time and within budget. The realization I had working on this project was that it is complicated to manage people but also that there is always a way to keep my team motivated and focused.

With my next employment at ENRRI I was able to combine everything I had learned. I was a leading a team of restorers working on numerous heritage sites solving a different set of problems every time within a strict budget and timeline. Every project required an understanding of the history of art and the ability to combine that history with the knowledge of modern methods to restore the sites in an efficient and accurate manner.

Since 2021, I've decided to move into the field of technology and add another skill to my CV with web development.
I first trained in PHP and the Symfony framework, and now specialize in Front-end, Angular, web accessibility and Salesforces.
